OUR LOGISTICS

Unlike other companies, we count on our own logistic services which we can pride ourselves on, being our warehouses amongst the most efficient found in our country. As a means to keep it up and to contain operational costs we established some protocols to regulate and standardize the procedures, encompassing at least:

planning & stock management, ensuring availability & continuity of all products.
dock management, to avoid obstructions & keep the goods moving fluently along the supply chain.
Quality controls, to verify the good condition of the products.
Labeling, consolidation, and placement of the good, which is compelling if we want to maintain their traceability.
shipping and delivery. Taking special care of the optimization of this last service we ensure the goods reach our customers flawlessly and in record times.

Noor Al-Iraq is proud to adopt and implement good storage and distribution practices in its warehouses, consequently raising quality standards and ensuring consistent, built-in quality in all aspects of our operations. This not only ensures the quality and identity of our pharmaceutical and supplement products throughout the distribution phase of their lifecycle, but also solidifies personnel qualifications, and conforms the standards of storage and distribution to current legislation and the latest regulations and guidelines within the field. To accomplish our goals, our scope of work entails building and implementing good storage and distribution practices (GSDP) through a comprehensive quality management system, in cooperation with our partners at Agon. These activities include procurement, purchasing, storage, distribution, transportation, repackaging, documentation, and record-keeping practices.
